Anjali Gupta

CEO & Co-Founder

Anjali Gupta, PhD, MBA, is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ANTA Biotech, a company developing gravity-agnostic laboratory instruments, working alongside co-founders Gene Yeo, Noorsher Ahmed and Cassandra Juran. Her more than twenty years of professional experience spans space biology, digital health and pharma, including drug-discovery work at leading pharmaceutical companies across all stages of development. As an early employee of Axiom Space, the company building a commercial space station, she helped define the strategy for creating new markets in low Earth orbit. She holds a PhD in biomedical sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and her doctoral and postdoctoral work was supported by an NIH Ruth L. Kirschstein pre-doctoral fellowship and a NASA postdoctoral fellowship in space biology.
