Mubarak Al Shardan is senior director of Oracle Health and Life Sciences in Saudi Arabia and brings more than twenty years of healthcare experience. He began as a radiology technologist at the National Guard Health Affairs and moved through leadership roles at Philips and the Ministry of Health, building a career that spans clinical practice, information technology and business innovation. He has led nationwide digital health programmes in the Kingdom, advancing solutions that strengthened care delivery, clinical connectivity and resilience at critical moments including the COVID-19 pandemic, and that shaped more sustainable models of care. In his current role he leads Oracle Health's work in the Kingdom on digital transformation and business innovation, combining clinical, technical and leadership experience to build systems that improve outcomes.
