Layan Abo Shkier is women editor and researcher at Forbes Middle East, where she oversees several of the publication's lists and rankings and helps create the rest. She writes for the cover of the monthly print magazine and hosts and produces The Under 30 Chit-Chat, a podcast dedicated to the 30 Under 30 listers shaping the future of the region. She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the American University of Sharjah, and has interviewed top decision-makers and some of the most significant business leaders in the Middle East and North Africa for print and video, as well as moderating and hosting several events across the region.
