Steve Moore is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Welcome Health Ventures, based in Riyadh. After more than a decade in the Middle East fielding questions from global healthcare leaders seeking to enter the region, he founded the company to link governments, healthcare providers, payers and technology innovators through long-term partnerships and a full-cycle approach, drawing on a team with more than 85 years of combined experience in regional healthcare markets and global innovation networks. He is a PhD candidate in healthcare strategy and planetary health at University College London.
