Philippe Gerwill is the founder and managing director of PGEA Limited in Switzerland and a former Novartis executive known for his work in digital health, human-centric AI and healthcare transformation. A global innovation adviser with more than 30 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and chemicals, he works as an executive adviser, futurist and board member, and he is an adjunct professor at Rome Business School and an international keynote speaker. His work advocates responsible, ethical and human-centred adoption of AI in healthcare systems.
