Mubarak Alshahrani is Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer at King Saud University Medical City, with 26 years of combined experience in strategy, information technology, business development and digital transformation. He holds an MBA from King Saud University and a bachelor’s degree in computer information science. He has led IT at the Medical City since 2019, overseeing IT organization and governance, digital transformation strategy, the SAP ERP system and revenue cycle management, and he has served as acting chief executive during absences. He has chaired or served on executive committees for the hospital information system, ERP and revenue cycle projects, major projects, and higher e-transactions and digital transformation.
