Stefan du Toit

Design Director Landscape

Stefan du Toit is Middle East Landscape Design Director at DLR Group, leading the firm's landscape architecture practice from its Dubai studio. He brings more than twenty-five years of international experience leading waterfront master plans, resort landscapes, and corporate campuses, and was named 2025 Landscape Architect of the Year by Design Middle East. His approach treats landscape as the driver of experience rather than a backdrop to architecture, working at the interface between the scale of buildings and the scale of people, and he applies climate-responsive strategies and AI-assisted analysis to accelerate integrated design collaboration across large-scale desert and coastal projects.
