Naif Almohaya

Master Plan Director

Naif Almohaya is Master Plan Director at the King Salman Park Foundation, the body overseeing what is planned to become one of the largest urban parks in the world at the heart of Riyadh. Omrania and Associates was appointed lead design consultant for the park's master plan, working alongside Henning Larsen Architects, and Almohaya's role sits within the foundation team steering that plan through delivery, including the mixed-use investment packages now being brought to market around the park's perimeter. Before joining King Salman Park, he held planning roles at Qiddiya, the giga-project entertainment destination west of Riyadh, and earlier at the Royal Commission for the City of Riyadh and at Omrania itself. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
