Sigurd Dons is Chief Product Officer and co-founder of Plyo, an Oslo-based company he founded with Philip R. Gundersen and Aksel Gresvig. Plyo's platform lets buyers of new homes explore them in interactive 3D before they are built, through UnitFinder, a buyer-facing storefront with live unit availability, and Console, which shows developers what visitors care about and turns their activity into leads, while the company produces its 3D renders in-house. Its customers include OBOS, JM Bolig, Nordr and AF Eiendom, and the company says it served eight of the ten best-selling new-home projects launched in Norway in 2025.
