Group director of business sustainability at Al-Dabbagh Group, an industrial conglomerate headquartered in Jeddah, where she leads the group's business sustainability agenda to secure long-term stakeholder value across its corporate portfolio by building organisational resilience. She has seven years of management consulting experience, including four years at McKinsey and Company serving private and public sector clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She holds a master's degree in communication from Georgetown University, is a certified board director and sits on several listed and private corporate boards. She is pursuing a doctorate in business administration at the University of Warwick, where her research examines the relationship between behavioural governance through board mechanisms and the building of organisational resilience in Saudi corporations.
