Amadou Diallo

Chief executive of Aramex Group, with leadership experience spanning Europe, Africa and Asia. He previously led DHL across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia, where he raised revenue, customer satisfaction and employee engagement, and championed diversity to the point that women led more than seventy per cent of the business. Beyond his corporate roles he supports community work, including the Banouna Ba Foundation for girls' education in Kolda, Welthungerhilfe in Bonn, the Global Business School Network in Washington, and he chairs Gesundes Afrika in Berlin. A Senegalese national and a polyglot fluent in French, German, English and Fulani, he holds an MBA in international business and is an alumnus of Schiller International University, the Wharton School and CNAM engineering.
