An award-winning executive with twenty-five years of leadership at the intersection of business, sustainability, social impact and international development. She directs corporate affairs for the Middle East and Africa at Mars Snacking, leading the function across more than fifty emerging markets. She began her career at the United Nations, spending twelve years in development and humanitarian work, including six years with the refugee agency on international protection in field operations across several countries, and senior consulting roles with UN Women and UNESCO advancing women's leadership, economic empowerment and education. She then spent thirteen years with global companies including Mars, Kellanova, PepsiCo, McKinsey and ADNOC Distribution, focusing on reputation and crisis management, strategic communications, corporate sustainability and responsible business. With more than sixty speaking and moderating engagements, her recognitions include Global Women of Influence, Asia's 100 Power Women, the Global Sustainability Leadership Award and the GCC Women's Leadership Award. She has co-authored books on purpose-driven leadership and served on the boards of several non-profits.
