Chief Sustainability Officer at JLL and executive director of the JLL Foundation, a dual mandate that lets her drive internal transformation while cultivating climate solutions beyond the firm. As chief sustainability officer she leads delivery of the company's enterprise-wide environmental, social and governance commitments, including its net-zero 2040 target; through the foundation she advances impact investing and climate innovation. She brings more than twenty years in corporate sustainability, with a record of building strategies and translating them into plans that guide operations, spur innovation and shape products. She sits on the board of the Living Future Institute, and her work has been covered by the Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, the New York Times Magazine, Fortune and Forbes. She features in the award-winning documentary Beyond Zero, which chronicles the corporate transformation of Interface, where she was chief sustainability officer before joining JLL.
