Sardar Masood Khan is MEP director at Jeddah Central Development Company, where he leads mechanical, electrical and plumbing delivery on the stadium and its surrounding villages. Jeddah Central is a Public Investment Fund development rebuilding a stretch of the city's waterfront, with a stadium, an opera house, a museum, a marina, hotels and residential districts planned across the site, which places heavy demand on power distribution, cooling and water systems that have to behave as a single asset. His responsibility runs from design coordination through construction and into commissioning, keeping engineering execution aligned with the performance the completed development has to meet. Behind that sits more than two decades of work on complex buildings across the Gulf, spanning hospitality, healthcare, sports venues and high-rise residential projects, together with the contract administration and stakeholder coordination that delivery at this scale demands.
