Saleh Al Ghamdi is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ghanem, a Riyadh-based real estate technology company. Ghanem enables fractional ownership of shares and usufruct rights in income-generating properties, documented with a title deed in the investor's name, with periodic rental distributions and the option of early exit from owned deeds through its app. Its products are structured in line with Islamic Sharia principles and reviewed by a Sharia committee. The company is part of the Real Estate General Authority's regulatory sandbox and has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Real Estate Registry to allow fractional ownership to be recorded directly in the title deed.
