Rasmi Hamzeh is Executive Director of the Jordan Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Fund, the financing vehicle operating under the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources to fund renewable energy and energy efficiency projects across the kingdom. Over roughly a decade of operation the fund reports having reached more than two million beneficiaries in every governorate through energy efficiency and renewable energy projects serving a range of sectors. He is a certified EFQM assessor and a Project Management Professional who has assessed submissions for the King Abdullah II Center for Excellence and for government excellence programmes in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and he co-founded the consultancy CSRArabia. He also writes a newspaper column on political, economic, social and cultural affairs. The UK based Global Banking and Finance Awards named him best executive in Jordan and the Middle East for 2025.
