Rachael Olore

Legal Officer

Rachael Olore is a Legal Officer at the Kenya Space Agency, the body mandated to promote, coordinate and regulate space-related activities in Kenya, established in March 2017 and based in Nairobi. She moved from commercial law into shaping Kenya's space policy and space law, and her work highlights the role of international law, governance and space diplomacy. She represented the Agency at the signing of its collaboration framework with Expertise France in 2024, and was listed as a speaker at the United Nations Space Law and Policy Conference in 2025 and at the Africa Space Law & Policy Conference in Pretoria in 2026.
