Paul Fleming is founder and principal of WaterValue, where he works on water and climate resilience with corporations, startups, investors, non-governmental organisations and utilities. He built Microsoft's water programme before founding the firm, and now advises water technology leaders. His practice sits at the point where corporate water strategy meets climate adaptation, a place where a company's exposure is measured less by what it consumes than by the resilience of the basins its operations and suppliers depend on.
