Patrick Blethon

Executive Chairman

Patrick Blethon has been executive chairman of the Saur Group since January 2020. Under his leadership the French water company has accelerated its international expansion, strengthened its financial foundations and placed water at the centre of climate action through its MissionWater framework. He began his career at United Technologies Corporation in 1991, joining Otis France, where he held management positions in new-equipment operations and service sales before becoming director of new equipment operations and marketing for Otis France in 2005. He went on to serve as area director for Eastern Europe and managing director for Russia, vice president for strategy and business development at Otis headquarters, president of the Pacific Asia area for Otis, and president of South Asia Pacific for UTC Building and Industrial Systems.
