Karim El Jisr is executive director at Red Sea Global, the Saudi developer owned by the Public Investment Fund that is building the Red Sea and Amaala destinations. He has worked in sustainability for twenty five years across development, real estate and hospitality in the Arab world, and combines engineering with the environmental sciences to shape and apply better models of planetary stewardship. At Red Sea Global that work runs through a destination designed around marine conservation targets and renewable power.
