Omar Masrur is vice president for the Middle East at Folio3, the technology services company founded in 2005 by Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, and Folio3 also lists him on its AI expert leadership team as a senior AI technical advisor. His work centres on enterprise AI strategy, digital transformation, AI solution planning and aligning business priorities with technology, helping organisations move from experimenting with artificial intelligence to implementing it at scale across operations, customer experience, automation and decision-making. Folio3 expanded in 2014 with offices in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Pakistan and has an office in Pleasanton, California; it has more than 700 team members and over 950 delivered projects across practices that include AI and data, cloud, app development, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, e-commerce, AgTech, FoodTech and digital health.
