Nanis Yousry
Public Sector Director
Director of the public sector practice at Aspire Consulting International, leading a team of more than forty professionals and shaping strategies for community resilience and social equity since 2012. She oversees the annual regional sustainability and development forum, convening stakeholders around pressing community needs, and has managed development projects in partnership with the Ministry of Finance, UN Women, UNFPA, UNICEF, the ILO, GIZ, USAID, the World Bank, Save the Children, Plan International, Care International, the European Union, Caritas and Terre des hommes, among others. These projects focus on women's empowerment, refugee integration and improving educational quality, particularly in technical and vocational training. She develops programmes addressing gaps in social and economic inclusion, integrating methodologies such as sport for development and arts for development to create opportunities for young people and marginalised communities, and her work led to the founding of the firm's community development school for young leaders. She holds a master of public administration from the American University in Cairo, and her early volunteering included ten years as a team leader with the St Paul Scouts and work with iEARN on the Girls Speak Out and child labour projects.
