Mounir Kronful

Group Managing Director

Mounir Kronful is founding partner and managing director of C&B Consultant, a firm he established to reshape how technical specifications are understood and applied across construction projects in the Middle East and the Gulf. His focus has centred on ensuring that what is designed is technically achievable, code-compliant, and durable over time, positioning specification writing as a tool for improving project performance and reducing risk rather than a formality attached at the end of the design process.
