Mohamed Abouyoussef is an Environmental Expert at the Saudi Investment Recycling Company (SIRC), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund. SIRC works to transfer recycling technology and best practice, partners with the private sector to advance the circular economy and attract local and global investment, and supports Vision 2030 objectives and the revised national regulatory framework for waste management. Through its subsidiaries it treats industrial hazardous waste, manages construction and demolition waste and municipal solid waste, and monitors and responds to oil spills along Saudi shorelines.
