Maroun Deeb

Head of Project and Development Services, Middle East and Africa

Maroun Deeb is head of project and development services for the Middle East and Africa at JLL. He has more than 22 years of experience in the property and construction industry, having led and delivered many complex PMO, large-scale urban planning and mixed-use development schemes across the GCC and the wider Middle East. His work has spanned private and government sector clients, contractors, project management consultants, architecture firms and client-side developers. He is known for a collaborative leadership approach, engaging clients, stakeholders and project teams to deliver better project outcomes. He is a trained architect and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
