Managing director for Saudi Arabia at IHG Hotels and Resorts, where he oversees the performance and growth of the company's hotel portfolio across the Kingdom, driving operational excellence, strengthening owner partnerships and improving returns. He leads efforts to develop national talent and oversees continued quality enhancement of the estate through targeted renovations and upgrades, while championing delivery of Journey to Tomorrow, the company's ten-year responsible business plan, within the market. He brings more than twelve years with the group across finance, development and operations. He began as regional director of finance and business support covering the United Arab Emirates and Near East Africa, then moved into development for the Middle East and Africa working closely with owners and partners with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia. He later served as head of operations finance for India, the Middle East and Africa, overseeing financial performance across the region and playing a central role in steering the business through the pandemic through cash management initiatives and operational efficiencies that supported recovery. Most recently he was vice-president of operations for Saudi Arabia, leading the company's operations from Riyadh.
