Head of Computational Medicine and Digital Health Technology

Hany ElOsman is Head of Computational Medicine and Digital Health Technology at NEOM, responsible for data applications and technology infrastructure, including medical devices and their clinical aspects, within the Health, Wellbeing and Biotech sector. His background is in clinical laboratory medicine with a focus on haematology and immunology, and he moved into health technology after recognizing its potential in the early years of the internet. He has been an Epic project manager in Dammam and a clinical transformation programme manager at University of Washington Medicine, and in 2019 he was selected to lead NEOM’s digital health programme, where he has encouraged a computational medicine approach that applies methods from computational science, engineering and mathematics to healthcare.
