Haitham bin Mohammed Al-Fayez has been chief executive of Sulaiman Al Rajhi Holding since December 2025 and chairs the board of Sulaiman Al Rajhi Real Estate. He leads the group’s strategic investment portfolio and oversees its executive performance; the group is the managing arm of the assets of Sheikh Sulaiman Al Rajhi’s endowment. His career spans more than nineteen years in investment and business management, during which he held senior positions, most notably managing director and chief executive of Awqaf Investment Company. He sits on the boards of several companies, among them ADES Holding, Bank Albilad, Kedanah for Development and Investment, and Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction. In Makkah, Sulaiman Al Rajhi Real Estate has launched endowment property and development projects with a combined value exceeding eight billion riyals.
