Ali bin Saad Al-Hazzani

General Manager of Corporate Governance

Ali bin Saad Al-Hazzani is general manager of corporate governance at stc, the Saudi Telecom Company. His remit covers the group’s governance framework, its policies and delegation-of-authority matrix, and the clarification of roles and responsibilities across its decision-making levels. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial systems engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and has close to ten years of experience across human resources, organisational development and governance, during which he took part in and managed strategic transformation and organisational development projects alongside international consulting firms. In addition to his executive role he sits on the nominations and remuneration committee of Ertiyad Holding Group.
