Spectrum Engineer

Gudila Marick is a Spectrum Engineer at the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA), which was formed on 1 November 2003 through the merger of the Tanzania Communications Commission and the Tanzania Broadcasting Commission and regulates postal services, broadcasting and electronic communications. Listed as Gudila Proches Marick, she was one of three TCRA representatives in the 2024A cohort of the iPRIS programme (Inclusive Public-Private Regulatory Initiatives and Solutions), from which a change initiative led to the Guidelines for the Provision of Direct-to-Mobile Phone Satellite Communication Services, approved by TCRA management in September 2025.
