Emmanuel Houdet is Director of Mission Solutions at Kratos Space. Industry forum programmes describe him as Kratos Business Development Director in charge of the frequency regulators market. He graduated from the French Ecole des Mines in 1996, has worked in the space industry since 1999 and at Kratos since 2005. He has taken part in many satellite radio-frequency monitoring projects as system engineer, project manager and expert, for satellite operators including Eutelsat, SES, JSAT, Measat, KTSAT, Arabsat, PT Telkom and Azercosmos, and for frequency regulators including Germany's BNetzA, Ukraine's UCRF, Oman's TRA, Japan's MIC and Brazil's Anatel. Kratos supplies satellite operators and frequency regulators with turnkey systems for satellite radio-frequency monitoring.
