Dmitry Etin is Managing Director of etza, based in Vienna, working in digital health, including on the European Health Data Space. He previously worked at Oracle as a healthcare solution architect, and he studied at Peter the Great St Petersburg Polytechnic University. He has served as a jury member for the Global Digital Health Summit Innovation Awards 2026.
