Daniele Chiari is an Italian international culinary consultant, culinary diplomat, executive advisor, speaker and author with more than 20 years of experience across ten countries. His career has developed within international hospitality brands including Hilton, Marriott International, Rixos Hotels, IHG Hotels & Resorts and Rocco Forte Hotels. Since 2017 he has served within the Royal Protocol Hospitality & Catering Department of Saudi Arabia, leading multinational culinary teams and contributing to official state banquets, international summits and government hospitality for world leaders, royal families and diplomatic delegations. His work focuses on preserving and evolving Saudi culinary heritage by combining regional ingredients and traditions with international techniques. He has represented Saudi Arabia at the Club des Chefs des Chefs World Congress, was named Culinary Visionary of the Year 2026 by Insights Success magazine, and is the author of The Taste of My Steps and Experience Before Expertise.
