Bilal Saleh is Executive Chef at Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences and Regional Chef for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain. Originally from Baalbeck, Lebanon, he brings over two decades of culinary experience across the Middle East, including more than 18 years in Dubai's hospitality scene. Bilal has led major hotel openings, developed award-winning F&B concepts, and mentored culinary teams across the region. His culinary approach focuses on authenticity, innovation, local ingredients, sustainability, and team development, and he continues to drive culinary excellence across Hilton, supporting distinctive dining experiences, operational quality, and the growth of future culinary talent.
