Amy Mehlman is Executive Vice President and Chief Global Affairs Officer at Elveo Mobile, a direct-to-device satellite operator formed by the merger of Lynk Global and Omnispace, which closed in August 2026. She held the same role at Lynk Global from April 2025. Her experience in telecommunications policy and regulation spans nearly three decades. She served as Vice President of Global Affairs and Stakeholder Relations at E-Space and as Vice President of U.S. Government Affairs and Policy at Viasat, where her work covered satellite licensing, space safety and spectrum equity. Earlier she founded and led Mehlman Capitol Strategies, a boutique telecommunications public policy firm, and worked at the Washington, D.C. law firm Wiley, Rein & Fielding. She was appointed a U.S. government delegate to the 2019 World Radiocommunication Conference.
