Ali Nour Eddine is Technical Director at Eurovent Middle East, the industry association launched in 2016 as a regional platform for Eurovent members in the Gulf, which describes itself as the region's only association representing leading manufacturers of indoor climate (HVAC), process cooling, food cold chain, industrial ventilation and building automation technologies. He previously served as Senior Technical Manager at Eurovent Certification, the body that certifies the performance of HVAC-R products. His work focuses on the true cost of air handling units over their operating life; at the Saudi HVAC-R Expo in Riyadh he presented on their life-cycle and operating costs, with a case study and simulation results on performance, energy consumption and energy labelling, stressing the value of certified performance when purchasing them.
