Senior Director, Clinical Operations

Victoria Serdechnaya is a senior clinical-operations leader at Novo Nordisk with more than twenty years of experience in clinical research and development, currently working within the company's Saudi Arabia operations as part of a Clinical Development Centre covering Russia, Israel and Saudi Arabia. In that role she has overseen teams accountable for clinical-trial performance and compliance across roughly forty trials spanning around 1,500 sites and more than 4,000 trial participants. Earlier in her career at Novo Nordisk she served as Senior Director of Global Clinical Trial Operations, managing clinical development and operations across South East Europe, the Middle East and Africa with teams spread across more than twenty countries, work that has centred on ensuring the reliability and regulatory compliance of large, multi-country diabetes and obesity trials.
