Capt. Turki Al Shehri serves as Managing Director of the National Maritime Academy (NMA) in Saudi Arabia, where he leads the transformation of maritime training and education. With extensive expertise in sub-sea diving, commercial shipping operations, and oil and gas, he has played a key role in aligning maritime training with international standards and Vision 2030 objectives, developing the Kingdom's maritime human capital strategy.
