Amine Malti is Ports and Maritime Projects Director at Tanger Med Engineering of Morocco. Tanger Med is among the most cited port success stories of the past two decades: built on the Strait of Gibraltar, it became the largest container handling port in Africa and the Mediterranean, and was linked to an industrial zone whose automotive and aerospace plants export through it.
