Ali O Melibari

Chairman, Civil Engineering Division, Saudi Council of Engineers

Ali O Melibari chairs the Civil Engineering Division of the Saudi Council of Engineers and the board of its Transportation Planning and Traffic Safety Division, and works at Jeddah Municipality. He is a member of this conference’s advisory committee as well as a speaker. He previously worked at Saudi Aramco and as programme director of a project management office. His position joins three angles that rarely meet in one person in this field: professional regulation through the body that accredits engineers and governs practice, urban planning in a coastal city that hosts the Kingdom’s largest port, and operational experience inside the country’s biggest industrial enterprise.
