Tay Salimullah is Founder and Managing General Partner of Renovamen Advisors, a boutique biotech strategy firm that helps early-stage life-sciences companies and investors close the commercial execution gap, and Venture Partner at 4BIO Capital. He brings twenty-five years of experience and a track record that includes helping transform AveXis, as a Novartis Gene Therapies executive, into a global gene-therapy leader by pioneering the Zolgensma commercial model across more than fifty countries and over four thousand treated patients. Earlier in his career he spent more than a decade in strategic and commercial roles at Pfizer and across healthcare investments. He currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Board Member at Trogenix, which is advancing AAV-based oncology gene therapies, and as Executive in Residence at the Alliance for Regenerative Medicine, where he contributes to global access policy, investor engagement and next-generation pricing models.
