With a career spanning hospitality, destination development and restaurant innovation, he has delivered more than 400 F&B concepts worldwide. Stefan played a pivotal role in shaping the Middle East's dining landscape, introducing brands such as Hakkasan, Buddha Bar and Pierre Gagnaire and helping position Dubai as a global culinary destination. Having held senior leadership roles with Marriott, IHG, Hilton, TRIBE and EY, he now advises landmark Saudi developments including NEOM, Masar Makkah, Red Sea Global and CORE Lifestyle, championing F&B as a driver of placemaking, performance and long-term value.
