Roaa Fawzi is People and Culture Manager at Falak Investment Hub, a Saudi investment and corporate-innovation firm that supports start-up founders, angel investors, corporates and public entities in developing the Kingdom's entrepreneurial ecosystem. With more than fifteen years of experience, she focuses on driving business growth, elevating client relationships and transforming workplace culture, and founded and leads Culture Catalyst, a programme within Falak that builds people-centred culture initiatives across the investment ecosystem. She brings experience from previous roles at Hult Ashridge Executive Education, Hult EF Corporate Education and MDLBEAST, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Human Resources major from the University of Canterbury.
