Rachel Opiyo is a Chartered Civil Engineer and certified Project Management Professional at SJ Group, with more than 15 years of experience delivering major infrastructure programmes at engineering consultancies and asset-owner organisations. Her work includes geotechnical design and project delivery for bridge foundations, earthworks, retaining structures and ground improvement works across road, rail and water sector projects. Having worked closely with local authorities and EPC contractors in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, she balances technical assurance with commercial objectives, stakeholder expectations, risk management and health, safety and environment requirements to deliver successful multidisciplinary projects.
