Paul Romness is Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of OS Therapies, which he founded in 2018 to develop immunotherapies for osteosarcoma, a rare bone cancer that mainly affects children and young adults, after a personal connection to a teenager battling the disease. He brings more than twenty-five years of biopharmaceutical experience across major companies including thirteen years at Johnson & Johnson, more than five years at Amgen and six years at Boehringer Ingelheim, having worked across nearly every commercial function and been directly involved in the launch of nine major products spanning oncology, surgery, HIV, female sexual dysfunction, COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, cardiovascular disease and diabetes. He holds a BS in Finance from American University and a Master's in Health Policy from George Washington University Medical Center, and has built much of his reputation in the industry as a leading public and policy-affairs expert.
