Paolo Morgese is Vice President of Public Affairs for Europe and the Middle East at the Alliance for Regenerative Medicine, the international organisation that advocates for patient and healthcare-system access to cell and gene therapies. Based in Geneva, he works on advancing policy for advanced therapies and has commented publicly on innovative payment and reimbursement arrangements that can improve patient access in both the United States and Europe. He brings experience from previous roles at Deerfield Management, Alira Health and forethought access, giving him a background that spans investment, market-access consulting and public-affairs advocacy across the cell and gene therapy sector.
