A passionate advocate for community service, she leverages innovative design strategies to foster social responsibility, cultural identity, and engagement. Renowned for cultivating strong global collaborations, her current research explores human experience, performance optimization, and the integration of AI in design and education. Her PhD in Interior Design and Educational Psychology is from the University of Minnesota. She launched the Woman Leadership Program and a partnership with MIT's J-WEL initiative, and represented the university at the second meeting of deans of architecture and design colleges.
