David Tkint

Founder & Creative Director

David Tkint founded DTK Studios, a boutique hospitality interior design practice headquartered in Dubai that works on luxury hotels, resorts and high-end lifestyle destinations across the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia. Over more than 25 years in hospitality design he has become one of the region's most recognised design leaders, known for interiors built on deep narrative and commercial intelligence. Before establishing the studio in 2021 he built his reputation across leading international design firms, among them Hirsch Bedner Associates, where he was a Partner and contributed to some of the world's most prestigious hospitality projects; his move to an independent practice came from a wish for a more agile model that delivers highly personalised design while keeping the founder directly involved at every project stage. Under his leadership DTK Studios has gained rapid recognition for its bespoke approach, with each project rooted in storytelling, local context and a close understanding of operational needs. His portfolio spans luxury hotels, branded residences, restaurants and resorts, including the Luxury Collection by Marriott Mena House Cairo, JW Marriott Riyadh, Crowne Plaza Riyadh, Rotana Mekkah, Hotel Indigo Misk City Riyadh, Social by Sofleur Riyadh, Via Mercato Riyadh and Hotel Indigo Jabal Al Akhdar.
