Hussam is the Founder and Principal of Naslaa, a Saudi design studio specializing in architecture and workplace design strategies. With over 15 years of experience, he has led projects that seamlessly blend creative vision with strategic functionality. His portfolio spans both the public and private sectors, including serving as an advisor to the Minister at the Saudi Ministry of Tourism, where he oversaw the design of the Authority’s headquarters. He has also advised numerous government entities and private organizations, helping shape workspaces that support their missions and enhance performance. Currently, Hussam is a strategic consultant at the King Salman Foundation, where he focuses on workplace transformation. His expertise is frequently sought by organizations aiming to develop tailored office strategies that align with their operational objectives and cultural values. Naslaa was founded in 2020 in Riyadh's Al Yasmin district, and its work includes the Ibn Uthaymeen Mosque, the PIF Pavilion, Amaken Courtyards in Jeddah and The Beach House in Al Khobar.
