Al.Motasem Attiyah is a Saudi architect and urbanist, and the CEO of Clear Holding Co., a multidisciplinary investment and development group established over 15 years ago. The group operates across architecture, real estate development, cultural consultancy, and experience-driven environments. Al.Motasem has been involved in more than 300 projects, ranging from residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments to large-scale and master-planned communities. His portfolio includes both national and multinational projects, with several contributing to world award-winning designs and developments that have set new benchmarks in the industry. He is widely regarded for his expertise in landscape urbanism and transit-oriented developments (TOD), creating integrated and sustainable urban environments that balance functionality with cultural and environmental sensitivity. As a recognized authority in urban visual identities, he has shaped design guidelines that enhance the character, coherence, and identity of major urban environments. Beyond project delivery, Al.Motasem has served as a leading advisor on national-scale projects and strategic initiatives, supporting key government entities and public-private partnerships to guide the development of transformative urban visions across Saudi Arabia. Under his leadership, Clear Holding Co. continues to drive innovation in urban development by blending strong market knowledge, design excellence, and cultural authenticity across both regional and global markets. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and an MSc in Urban Design from King Saud University, sat on the jury of the Mujassam Watan Urban Sculpture Challenge in February 2025, and his practice won a WA Award for Sameem Tower in Riyadh, a twelve-storey Salmani-style building on King Salman Road.
